We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or faulty jewellery?
If your jewellery arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@soulsundari.com as soon as possible. This is separate from your right of withdrawal and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

How do I start a return?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out the return form within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

What items are non-returnable?
Due to hygiene and personalized nature, jewelry items and books with broken seals or signs of wear cannot be returned. Please reach out for us for exceptions.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
