For over twenty years, Zsuzsanna Stumpf has worked across individual practice, leadership development and organisational development, drawing on psychology and systemic family constellation work.
The Inner Role Map grew from her long-term clinical observation of the patterns that shape how people relate, lead, protect and live.

TÜNDE REVY
She is Zsuzsanna’s daughter and the person who brought her framework from clinical practice into a book that can be worked with independently. She translated and shaped the framework so its depth and precision could be experienced without requiring a session in the therapy room.

Together, they made The Inner Role Map accessible as a practical psychological mapping method for understanding the patterns within you.
At the centre of the method is a simple visual map made of concentric rings. For each of the twelve inner roles you'll reflect on your own experience and mark where it currently lives in your life, and where you sense it could live. There's no correct position; what matters is what the distances and relationships between them reveal to you.
